Wild Rumpus Partner Ethics Agreement

The Wild Rumpus is an inclusive event and free for all people. To protect the integrity and reputation of the Wild Rumpus and the communities we serve, all partners agree to the following:

The partner (including, but not limited to sponsors, vendors, contractors, or staff) represents and warrants that neither the organization nor its owners, officers, or public-facing representatives are currently engaged in, or have recently engaged in, conduct that would reasonably be considered illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise inconsistent with the values and mission of the Wild Rumpus.

Wild Rumpus Events Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline or terminate a sponsorship or contract, or remove sponsor or partner name, brand, or logo information from the Wild Rumpus promotional materials if information arises suggesting that the partner’s conduct, public statements, or business practices may harm the reputation, goodwill, or mission of the organization. In such cases, Wild Rumpus Events Inc. may retain any sponsorship funds or may return any unused portion of sponsorship funds and remove the sponsor’s name and logo from event materials.  Wild Rumpus Events Inc. retains the sole discretion to terminate contractor or vendor contracts in the event of any breach of this Ethics Agreement. Such termination may include, without limitation, suspension of payment, reduction of payment, or refusal to issue payment in full.
